Vincent Wine Company
Vincent Wine Company is based in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, where cool-climate vineyards and volcanic soils produce elegant, slow-ripening fruit. Vincent Fritzsche works with sustainably farmed sites, making low-intervention wines that highlight Oregon’s signature energy and structure. Specializing in Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Gamay, Vincent’s style is all balance and precision: native fermentations, no new oak, and no unnecessary handling. The wines let the vineyard do the talking—pure, humble, and unmistakably Willamette.
Farming Note
All vineyards are farmed sustainably, with a focus on soil health and site clarity. Vincent works with Willamette growers who farm using organic methods whenever possible. Volcanic soils, old vines, and cool sites give the wines their signature lift and length. Farming is about stewardship—supporting healthy vines that express place without excess.
Winemaking
Vincent’s winemaking starts with native yeasts, spontaneous fermentations, and a hands-off mindset. He uses no new oak, minimal sulfur, and no fining or filtering. Wines are aged in neutral barrels or stainless steel, depending on the style. The goal is clarity, freshness, and a true sense of place.
