Pascal mazet
In the hills of Montagne de Reims, Pascal Mazet’s organic vineyards thrive in chalky, clay-rich soils that define the region’s character. With meticulous care, fermentation and aging take place in barrel, while a perpetual solera system dating back to 1981 adds depth and harmony. The result is Champagne that’s pure, vibrant, and deeply connected to its terroir—crafted with authenticity and quiet elegance.
Farming Note
Certified organic farming since 2009. A focus on soil health and biodiversity supports healthy vines and enhances the terroir expression in each vintage.
Winemaking Note
Pascal Mazet follows a minimal-intervention philosophy, using native yeast fermentation and a thoughtful blend of enamel tanks, stainless steel, and seasoned French oak barrels. Each cuvée is aged extensively on lees, typically 6–8 years, to develop complexity, depth, and textural elegance. Dosage levels are minimal or zero, allowing the terroir to speak clearly. Whether Brut or Brut Nature, the wines are crafted to highlight purity, precision, and character, with no unnecessary additions or filtration.
