Fazenda Augalevada has been farmed biodynamically since the beginning. Iago works without herbicides or synthetic inputs, embracing regenerative agriculture to promote soil vitality and ecological balance
Winemaking Note
Iago Garrido embraces a low-intervention approach using spontaneous fermentation, no temperature control, and long aging in a mix of old barrels and amphora. Most wines are bottled without fining or filtration, and minimal sulfur is used only when necessary. This hands-off approach allows each vintage to reflect its vineyard origin and natural balance.
