Domaine Christophe et Fils
Domaine Christophe et Fils is a small estate working some of the best sites in Chablis, rooted in Kimmeridgian limestone and shaped by the sharp, cold winds that define the region. Based in the village of Fyé, Sébastien Christophe quietly farms a collection of vineyards that punch far above their classification—working Premier and Grand Cru sites with the same attention and precision as his humble parcels.
Farming is done with respect for the land—no shortcuts, no unnecessary intervention. The vines are kept in balance, yielding fruit that carries the signature Chablis cut: mineral-driven, lean, and built to last. In the cellar, Sébastien keeps things stripped back—fermentation is spontaneous, élevage is patient, and the wines find their shape without manipulation.
