Constantino Ramos
Constantino Ramos is quietly redefining what’s possible in Vinho Verde. After time in the Dão and a formative harvest in the Mosel, his reference point is balance, structure, and clarity. He farms sustainably and works with a gentle, deliberate hand. These are serious wines from Vinho Verde—no spritz, no shortcuts. Just tension, mineral focus, and a clear sense of place.
Farming Note
All vineyards are farmed sustainably with organic principles—no systemic chemicals, no shortcuts. Everything is done by hand, often in tiny, steeply terraced parcels passed down through generations. Respect for soil, balance, and cover life guides every decision.
Winemaking
Native yeast fermentations. No enzymes, no fining. Fermentation and aging occur in stainless steel or used barrels. Constantino works with a light touch—his wines are unforced, clean, and precise.
