Colli di Lapio
In the hills of Avellino, Colli di Lapio is a quiet benchmark for Campania’s great whites—and one of the early forces behind Irpinia’s return to honest farming and cellar work. The wines—Fiano, Greco, and Aglianico—are all about structure and restraint. Herbal detail, mineral tension, and clarity over flash. What holds it all together is intent: gentle farming, traditional winemaking, and a sense of place that speaks without embellishment.
Farming Note
Organic farming on volcanic, calcareous-clay soils. Everything is done by hand—no shortcuts, nothing artificial. Native vines and careful spacing bring expressive, site-driven fruit.
Winemaking
Native yeast fermentations in stainless steel to preserve purity and site clarity. Whites age quietly on lees for added texture. Reds—including Taurasi—are fermented gently and aged without new oak. A focused, traditional approach rooted in restraint.
