Alice Bonaccorsi

High on the north face of Mount Etna, in the Contrada Valcerasa, Alice Bonaccorsi farms five rugged hectares of old bush-trained vines. At 700–900m elevation, this is one of Etna’s coolest and most expressive zones. Everything is farmed organically and by hand. Fermentations are native and hands-off. Aging is gentle and nothing is added or taken away. Alice’s wines—Etna Rosso and Etna Bianco from old Nerello, Carricante, and Catarratto—are focused and salty, with clarity, grace, and a sharp volcanic edge.

Farming Note

Organically farmed bush vines on Etna’s north face. Everything is done by hand—no synthetic inputs, no shortcuts.

Winemaking

Native fermentations. No temperature control, no fining or filtration. Aging in stainless or old wood—no flash, just clarity and restraint.
