Acios da Xesteiriña
Acios da Xesteiriña is a tiny, hands-on project from Xoán and Ana in the Salnés Valley—one of the most serious zones for Albariño in Galicia. They farm just under a hectare organically with biodynamic methods, and bottled their first vintage in 2020 after years selling to co-ops. Everything is slow and intentional—no shortcuts, no fluff. The wines are precise, structured, and built to age, but never come off shy.

Native yeast fermentations, no additions except a touch of sulfur. Long aging on lees in neutral vessels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
